I am taking it easy this morning as tonight I go to Montparnasse to visit Nick Owens, Dunja & Tom.
The camping area is on the bank of the Marne River and I wandered along it to Port Nogent and back again.
Not far from the camping area there was a van with a group of guys with flippers and goggles. They were practising rescuing swimmers in the middle of the river. I wondered if they were heading to Australia fot the World Life Saving Championships, as was Clare's husband.

Heading for Nicks I went outside at "Nation" took a picture and went back underground. Nick, Dunja & Tom live in a typical french apartment block on the 7th floor.
We had planned to eat in the restaraunt on the ground floor but with Tom it was going to be a bit difficult so we just snacked in their small flat.
I left about 11pm and Nick showed me the shortest route to a Meto and on the way pointed out their proximity to the Eiffel tower,
