Once we got back on track we paralleled the A85 up to a ridge between Loch Tay & Loch Earn. We followed along the ridge with ultimately views over Loch Earn. Then we plunged down towards Strathyre where we were delighted to find a coffee shop called "The Brock Cafe". Needless to say we had to have morning tea there.
From there we rode along an undulating trail on the western side of Loch Lubnaig. This delivered us to Callander and we found there was a sort of market day with a farmer displaying some interesting sheep and give a display of his sheep-dogs herding a flock of ducks.
We had a small problem finding somewher to camp, we rode uphill out of town to the Callander Woods Holiday Park only to find it is another bloody caravans only site. Luckily the Keltie Bridge caravan park was only a short ride further up the hill and it was excellent.
