Slideshow of Zurich

The picture at left is Chez Kimbers. Kim & Nick had the top floor of this apartment building in Thalwil on Zurichsee. Being the top floor there was access to the rooftop terrace.

I awoke early and was sitting in the lounge room admiringthe viw over th elake when young John wandered half asleep into the room. He was almost into the kitchen when he became aware of my prescence. He froze, unsure of what to do, I was closer to the door than he was so he slowly backed into the kitchen and periodically peeked around the corner to see if I was still there. Luckily his mother emerged and introduced us, it wasn't long and we had a functioning wolf cave big enough for the two of us to shelter in.

Although keeping us safe, it was not strong enough to withstand a houseproud mother, so towards the end of the slideshow you can see the refurbished wolfcave built in John's bedroom.

It was a weekend so Nick & Kim & John & Evan were able to show me around. It is a beautiful part of the world.
